Cast Stone with No Drainage


The infrared image was taken at inside of wall. It was discovered that the cast stone was installed without proper drainage plane resulting in water penetrating the osb sheathing. The rot was so bad you could push a pencil through sheathing. This also resulted in significant mold growth within the wall cavity.
